Advance registrations are preferred in order to facilitate planning of the scientific sessions and social events of the congress. On site registration is strongly discouraged and availability for social events might not be guaranteed.

* application for the resident fee should be certified by a letter from the head of the department, stating that the applicant is an ophthalmology resident at the time of registration within 14 days from registration otherwise the regular fee will be applied. Registration is mandatory for all posters presenters.
Instructional Courses are free of charge for participants registered in the Congress. Pre-registration is not required but attendance will be possible while seats are available.

Conference registration fees (delegate, resident in training and COT) includes:

  • Admission to all sessions and courses
  • Congress kit and name badge
  • Final programme and abstract book
  • Box lunches and coffee during breaks from 20 to 22 June, 2016
  • Certificate of attendance
  • CME kit
  • Welcome Reception & Farewell Reception
  • Admission to the technical exhibition

Accompanying persons registration fee includes:

  • Welcome Reception & Farewell Reception
  • Half day city tour & full day excursion (see details in the ‘optional excursions’ page)
  • It does not include: Participation in the scientific sessions, congress kit, lunches and coffees, certificate of attendance and CME kit.

Exhibitor’s registration fee includes:

  • Congress kit and name badge
  • Admission to the technical exhibition
  • Admission to scientific sessions (Courses excluded)
  • Box lunches and coffee during breaks from 20 to 22 June, 2016
  • Welcome Reception & Farewell Reception
  • It does not include: Certificate of attendance and CME kit

Group Registrations

  • Group registration is possible for companies or travel agencies wishing to register more than 5 delegates.
  • Registrations will not be accepted without work or home address and e-mail address of each delegate. The e-mail address of the sponsoring company will not be accepted.
  • It is not possible to register an accompanying person without a delegate.

How to make a Group Registration
In order to facilitate your group registration please download the “Group Registration Forms” (available starting from October 30, 2015) and return all the documents duly filled in and signed, together with the proof of payment to:

To benefit from the early registration fees, please forward us the payment with the signed contract before March 31st 2016.
Registration fees will be confirmed without final name list until May 15th 2016 if paid in full, according to the published registration deadlines.
After the set indicated deadline the complete name list is required.
The name list must be sent as an attachment by e-mail only (fax not accepted).

Collective pick-up (by a representative of your company/travel agency)

The opportunity of picking up your delegates' congress documents prior the official opening will be offered in order to facilitate the pre-registration procedure. We strongly suggest you to contact the OIC srl Registration Department 3-4 weeks before the congress and schedule an appointment accordingly.
If no appointment has been made only individual pick-up (by the delegate) will be possible at the pre-registration desk after the official opening of the congress.
However, the group pick-up will be allowed only to companies/agencies who have sent the complete mandatory data for each participant.

Terms of Payments

Please, note that your registration and/or hotel reservation cannot be processed without payment. Please, submit your payment information together with the completed registration form. You may pay by credit card or bank transfer (see details below). We strongly encourage on-line registration (credit card payment only).
You can choose from the following payment methods:

    - Bank payments are not allowed through the on-line registration platform

Cancellation and Refunds

Any change or cancellation in connection with registration fees and social event must be made in writing to O.I.C. srl, Fax +39 055 5035230, E-mail: .
Cancellation of the registrations and social events will be accepted only until 15 May 2016.
The paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as penalty.
No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 15 May 2016.
